she who has been: writing

and feel wonderful for having such wonderful friends.

They are understanding and mature. They are generous, givers and loyal.
They also criticize everything about me. They also talk behind my back, gang up on me and attack me in full blast  haha
They are honest to the fault. They are supportive even to your craziness.

They will laugh at you and with you, when something embarrassing happened.
They also see reasons. They will also remind you with your promises and hold it on your head for future use :D
They won't agree to all of your decisions and discriminate it to the fullest but still consider it.
They'll leave you with your enemies as long as the enemy won't hurt you physically.
They'll let you fight your own war but silently supporting you and be there when you ask for their help and gather information if needed :D
They smile, laugh and cry with you. They'll embrace you with love and affection.
They are real people with emotions, feelings, insight and all.

There's nothing more that I could say but THANK YOU for giving such wonderful friends.

Again,
I am truly grateful to have them, to know them and to spend time with them :D

she who has been: enjoying the thoughts of running

Yes, you heard it right!

I am enjoying running. Just the thoughts of it makes me want to grab my shoes resting besides me and started running downstairs. Anyways, I am thinking of making a "running log". I read from Runner's World that it could help me to push forward and since  my site is about almost everything [random thoughts, yes?] let me squeeze it here as well though it won't look organized, it would be fun since I love lawlessness haha.

DAY 01:

The sun is still hiding behind the curtain of clouds when I'm typing. Beautiful!
1. I did a [I think] a 10-minute running and walking, since it would take 15 minutes to walk the same path. I don't have a timer and I forget to set my cellphone [which I won't be setting for the next few days, I just want to enjoy it and please let me].

2. I had Anlene - choco for my first cup

3. I am having Nature's Harvest Cereal [im not sure, I'll check again later] with 1 tablespoon of Milo [hehe].

Please guys, I want to lose weight yes but I am not THAT particular with what I eat. I am trying to be careful without killing my enthusiasm.

By the way, I weight 140kg the last time I check which was Saturday and before eating anything on that day. I am 5'0 in height and have a very sedentary lifestyle because of work which I am planning to change. Advice are very welcome but please don't pressure me with the food I eat. Let me find my way under the sun :D

UPDATED:
It's already: 9.11 AM in my PC clock.

4. I am having Nature Valley's Trail Mix in dark chocolate, raisins and peanuts

Thank you :D

Anyways, check this site. I find it very nice and might try some tricks here myself. Wish me luck :D

she who has been: running

for a better me and will continue to run until I'm satisfied with the end result.

I started to start running this morning. Well, it was not too far. It's more of a super beginner her way in :D I am very positive in this. Well, I did yoga and gym before now running. The variety suites me well :D I woke up the usual time, 3.20 and started packing my things. I already know what the things that I woul want to bring so it was easy for me but I'll start doing it at night next time.

I ran a very short distance and I didn't run continously. I think I walk every 20 steps haha but it's ok, I'll make sure that it will get higer as days go by.

I'm actually proud of myself :D and I want to stick in it. Wish me all the luck.

she who has been: checking

... her friend's MSN shouts.

And I noticed that Nicole added a link to her shout. I followed it and look what I found.

she who has been: traveling

... locally again :D

My "travel buddies", Mhinnie, Rara, Irish and with the new additions, Jaycee and Nicole went to Anawangin last weekend May 21, Saturday. It should have been on the 7th but it was cancelled twice before Saturday. I was thinking of calling it off because of the weather reports on line but then again, weather reports are 40% unreliable. So there you go, after bantering from each other we were able to arrive on the island on Saturday morning.

Rara arrived in our office at 10.30PM and waited for us; Irish, moi and Mhinnie. We took a taxi going to the bus station but the driver, maybe thinking that he could juice us with more money by trapping us in the middle of traffic, was so not smart. ooops (according to Nicole; stop it and move on).

Our reservation tickets were for 11.55 but and we arrived AT 11.55. Jaycee and Nicole were getting worried since Mhinnie had all the tickets, well we told Nicole to use her charm and wit if everything gets worst, the girl always has ways yes?

We took our seat. The bus started moving at 12.10AM which was really wonderful. We slept all through out the journey since all of us were from work and not fully rested. We arrived in our destination at around 4.30. It was a smooth ride. The driver was not in a hurry and was not falling back as well that's why almost all passengers slept like babies :D

When we reached the island at exactly 6.00AM. I think they have a policy of not going to cross the water at night because many visitors waited with us. When we reached the island (in our usual spot by the beach) the caretakers helped us in pitching our two tents (one from Irish and the other from Mhinnie which we didn't use much :D) .

Anyways, Rara, Mhinnie and Irish did the grilling while Jaycee and Nicole did the washing. Me? I sat, took pictures and waited for the hot dogs to be cooked hehe I really have to stop myself from eating all the hot dogs or they might bury me alive haha what can I do, it was my favorite hot dog with cheese hehe (must buy later :D )

Since we didn't bought any activities, we just sleep the whole day. I was really hot and just by looking around made me tired. Well, we walk around especially the forest part but it would be better if we did bring any activities. Rara didn't prepare anything (well she was thinking of playing badminton but she only has one racket unless the other player will use her hands or slippers), Mhinnie left the playing cards I told her to bring and I don't have enough time to buy a ball.

Anyhow, they swam late in the afternoon while I hold the fort while reading one of Anne Rice's early books. We prepared and had dinner while talking, having fun and posing in front of bart haha The girls washed up while Mhinnie stayed and I took some pictures of what other people are doing around the island at night.

Mhinnie was sleeping on her hammock, then Jaycee joined her using Nicole's hammock who sleeps in Mhinnie's tent. Irish was in her crib while Rara, her tent-mate stayed outside with us. Jaycee and Mhinnie ended up stargazing, while I dozed to the kiddie pool that Nicole bought hehe.

Rara woke me up and the others at 5 AM. I took a bath, we had breakfast and we roamed again but this time we went to 'he rocks'. Nicole and Irish decided to climbed up the mountain while we packed our things. They came back at around 8.30, they took their last dip into the beach before heading for a proper bath. Our boat came before 10.00 which was wonderful :D.

We waited for the bus, grabbed lunch and ate on the bus then we separate ways. I actually arrived my apartment at 3.00. I immediately started editing pictures, writing signatures, had dinner while waiting for my sister, Chile who decided to spend a night with me then sleep.

she who has been: saying

... Thank You as much as possible.

I did say Thank You even before but not as often as possible. But now, I'll start saying Thank You as much as possible in all circumstances, especially the bad ones. Well, I have been reading The Power by Rhonda Byrne and it made me realize some things and I am trully GRATEFUL  for what I had, what would I be having and for what I have right now.

I think we really should be Thankful for we are so lucky just being born and being in here :D
